How long till I receive my order?

    UK customers can expect to receive their order in 3-5 business days.

     USA customers can expect to receive their order in 5-12 business days.

     European customers can expect to receive their order in 7-10 business days.

 

I have a discount voucher code that I want to use on my order. How do I use it?

    If you have been given a discount voucher code, all you have to do when you are ready to check out is click into your "cart" page. At the bottom of the items listed in your carts page it will have a "voucher code" bar. You can plug your code into this bar and click add and it will show you your new baskets total with the voucher subtracted.

 

I have fogotten my login details. How do I get them again?

    If you have forgotten only your password, you simply have to click "forgot my password" in the login page and a password reminder will be sent directly to the email you registered with the La beau Boutique site.

    If you have forgotten both your password and your login name, you can email us via our contact form and we will send you an email back with your details within 24 hours.

 

How do I order?

1.)We have made ordering very simple on the La beau Boutique website. As you shop, simply add items you wish to buy to your cart by clicking "Add To Cart". 

2.) When you are ready to check out, click into your cart or click "check out".

3.) Once in your main "cart page" enter in any voucher codes that you may have and click Add for the discount to be subtracted from your carts total. If you do not have any voucher codes you can skip this step.

4.) Hit the "Next" button and this will take you to either the login or registration page. If you already have an account with La beau Boutique, simply login. If you do not have an account you will have to register at this time. (it only takes a minute)

5.) You will then be sent to the shipping page where you will see the details of your shipping times as well as agreeing to the "terms and conditions" of the site. Once you tick the "I agree" box, you can click next.

6.) Then you will be sent to the payment page where everyone pays through certified paypal.   

 (Remember, you do not need a Paypal account to order from our website, Paypal is simply the secure server to pay though. When you are transferred to the Paypal site you will be given the option to sign in to your Paypal account, register for a Paypal account, or to simply pay via credit card where no registration is required. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions with this process.)

7.) Once your payment is made and verified, La beau Boutique will contact you to verify your order!

 

What if I don't have a paypal account?

    You do not need a paypal account to shop on the La beau Boutique site. We simply use paypal as a secure payment service. When you are paying for your order, you will be sent to the paypal page, but you do not have to login or register if you do not wish to. You can simply enter your card details and follow the paypal secure steps from there.  

 

How long after I register will I receive my discount voucher?

Our customer service team has to activate your discount voucher manually to ensure that they work perfectly for our customers. You will receive a notification via email that your discount voucher has been activated and what the code is within 24 hours of registering on business days. If you have registered on a Saturday or Sunday, you can expect to receive your voucher code on Monday. If you wish to place your first order with this discount code, please wait till you receive your email and voucher code so that you can add it to your basket and it can be subtracted from your orders total before payment.

I have forgotten my discount voucher code. How can I get it again?

   Most of the time, La beau Boutique will contact you via email with your discount voucher code if you eligible. If you cannot find the email, there are no worries, because you can find this code when you login to your account on the website. Just login, go to "my account page" and click on "my vouchers". You will see the details and code for your voucher there!

 

I am plugging in my discount voucher code and it's not working. Am I doing something wrong?

    If your voucher code is not working, check the expiration date on it in "Your Account" page when you login to the website. If the voucher code is not expired, double check that you are entering it in correctly (the voucher code is capital and lower case letter sensative). If it is still not working and you have checked all of these options, please contact our customer service team via our contacts page and we will be sure to fix the glitch for you asap.

 

Can I get a tracking code for my order so I know when it is going to arrive?

   If you would like a tracking code, La beau Boutique is happy to provide it. Simply write us via our contacts page with your name and the date your order was placed and we will send you your tracking code so you know exactly when to expect your package.

 

Why has my order arrived in 2 seperate boxes?

  La beau Boutique gets its unique products from designers all over the world. If your items arrived in seperate boxes, it is due to the fact that several of our designers custom make the unique accessories La beau Boutique provides and due to this handcrafted quality, the item needed to be sent directly from the designer once they were finished and perfected. (UK customers will still receive their items with in 3-5 business days whether the items are sent in seperate boxes or not.)
