HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY

Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, damaged, not as described, or you are not 100% happy with, may be returned for a full refund.

Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receiving the item (for footwear, 5days). Please return your item in the original box and packaging to ensure the merchandise is in the same condition. If the product is still in stock we will exchange this item by post. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition.

 If you have received the wrong goods or a defective product, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products.

 For all returns not arising from defective or mishandled merchandise, the customer will be responsible for the return packaging, shipping fees or to refund original shipping fees. 

All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

 This return policy does not apply to pierced products such as earrings, hosiery, confectionery and cosmetic products which can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please note that all USA designer footwear returns not arising from defective or mishandled merchandise will be subject to a credit note, not cash back, which will be issued to your account as La beau Boutique in store credit. Also note that all returns or exchange requests on footwear items must be made within 5 business days upon receiving the goods. It is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt!

 All returns should be made within 7 days (5 days for footwear) of receipt and we must also be notified by email labeau_shop@live.co.uk.

To return an item within 5-7 days upon receiving the product/s, please contact us right away via email (labeau_shop@live.co.uk). Upon receiving your email, our customer service team will contact you with the address to our nearest return premises and ensure that you receive your full refund in a timely manner.

After inspection you will be refunded the appropriate amount.

Please note, a purchase receipt and dispatch note is required as proof of purchase.

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.
